The short version

I've practiced in retail and hospital pharmacy, taught, and spent years in the pharmaceutical industry on the market access and reimbursement side, including oncology and biosimilars at Johnson & Johnson. I am the Founder and Managing Director of PharmAlliance Group, LLC, based in New Hope, Pennsylvania. Through PharmAlliance AI Solutions I build PharmAiVA and advise pharmaceutical and healthcare clients on AI strategy and implementation.

Healthcare is the domain and innovation is the passion. My career has been about putting new technology to work on how care is delivered and what it achieves, and that started long before AI: pharmacist intervention software in 1995, an oncology pain IVR in 1996, and a J&J and IBM Watson initiative on real-time glucose monitoring.

Outside the day job

I'm an FAA Part 107 remote pilot and serve in a public safety role with the New Hope Eagle Fire Company, where I helped build the department's unmanned aircraft program. PropClear PRO, a propeller anti-ice treatment for public safety and commercial drones commercialized through DFG Solutions LLC, came out of that work.
